Up at 6 this Sunday for a mornng session and surprised to be about 10th to the beach. Decided to try my new 7m despite most peeps being on 9s. My first time with this kite, and really really pleased with it (like the 12m) despite being a little underpowered.

Had to work the kite plenty but had a good time, keeping upwind at least. Some good cruising, turns, and wave hops. Lost my board a couple of times but always found it again... phew!

By about 9.30 the water was getting crowded and one particular prat thought that the fact that he could pull some awesome jumps also meant that he could plough through anyone not as good as him, regardless of the rules of the road.

Decided to call it a day while I was still enjoying it.
